No, that\u2019s not always possible. There are a few things to bear in mind. First of all, did you purchase an E-Trailer system or a system directly from a manufacturer?<\/p>\n

  1. E-Trailer system: there are two versions: Basic and Plus.
    – Only modules without a + in their logo can be linked to the Basic system.
    – With a Plus system, it is also possible to connect the + modules, provided you have taken out a subscription.<\/li>\n
  2. System manufacturer:
    – If you own a vehicle from the Hymer Group (B\u00fcrstner, Dethleffs, Eriba, Hymer, LMC, Laika), you can only connect Hymer-brand sensors. Our own sensors aren’t working!     Further information >><\/a>

    If you have bought a second-hand system, or you have momentarily forgotten which type of Starter Package you have, you can check this in a couple of ways:<\/p>\n

    1. You can log in to my.e-trailer.nl<\/a>. Go to Modules to check whether you have a Starter Package, Starter Package Plus or an E-Connect. <\/li>\n
    2. You can log into your app. If you have the E-Level, E-Volt and E-TrackTrace modules in the module overview, you have a Starter Package Plus. If you only have E-Level and E-Volt, then you have a Starter Package Basic. If you have none of these modules, then you probably have an E-Connect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      The E-Connect was our main module. It is no longer sold separately by E-Trailer. Only Starter Packages are still sold. These are available in a Basic and a Plus version. The Plus version is currently available in a limited number of countries and will become available in all countries where we have dealers during 2023.<\/p>\n
