do not update<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If the sensor appears unavailable in the app (the picture shows the sensor in greyscale), the following may be going on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are the sensor batteries dead? <a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/e-movement\/e-movement-support\/e-movement-battery\/\">Replace the batteries<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Is the Starter Package Plus powered on? Check the status of the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/starter-package-plus\/starter-package-plus-support\/starter-package-plus-connect\/\">Starter Package&nbsp;Plus<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Is the distance between sensor and main module less than 10m?<\/li>\n<li>Is the phone connected to Bluetooth and 4\/5G or WiFi?<\/li>\n<li>Is your Starter Package Plus <a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/starter-package-plus\/starter-package-plus-support\/starter-package-plus-subscription\/\">subscription<\/a> still active?<\/li>\n<li>Is no one else connected to the system? One device can be connected to the system at a time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Values in the app are not correct<\/h3>\n<p>If the sensor in the app does not seem to respond properly, check the following points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sensor may be hanging in the sun or facing a heat source or window. The sensor responds to heat movement of air above a heater, for example. Check if this could be the case and move the sensor if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Move in front of the sensor and check if the light then comes on. If this is not the case, there could be a number of things going on:\n<ul>\n<li>There is something in front of the sensor blocking detection.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">The battery may be empty&nbsp;.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/e-movement\/e-movement-support\/e-movement-battery\/\">Replace the battery<\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">if it is empty<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The sensor is aimed at a heat source or a window.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The installation may not have gone well.
