connect<\/h3><p>Check the following general points:<\/p><ul><li>Did you remove the pull-tag (tab) at the battery before mounting the E-Switch(es). <\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px\">Make sure there is a maximum distance of 10 metres between phone and Starter Package and between the sensors and the Starter Package.<\/li><li>Is the Starter Package powered (wires connected, switch on, fuse not broken)? Check the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/starter-package-basic\/starter-package-basic-support\/starter-package-basic-installation\/#LED\">LED<\/a> light on or inside the main module.<\/li><li>Does the battery still have enough voltage? The main module switches off below 10.8V. Charge the battery and try again.<\/li><li>Is Bluetooth enabled on the phone? (Android: is the pairing request accepted)?<\/li><li>Are you connected to the Internet (WiFi or 4 or 5G)?<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px\">Is no one else connected to this system via Bluetooth?<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px\">Has the Starter Package been updated recently? Then it is advisable to switch it off and on again.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you have bought second-hand E-Switches, the QR code may still be linked to the previous owner\u2019s account. Read <a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/other\/other-support\/other-disconnect\/\">here<\/a> what you can do in these cases.<\/p><p>If all this is in order, there are also sensor-specific checkpoints:<\/p><ol><li>Is the battery still strong enough (3V)?<br>Test the battery by separating the 2 parts and bringing them back together again. If the small LED on the largest part lights up, the battery is still good. Find out <a href=\"https:\/\/support.e-trailer.nl\/en\/e-switch\/e-switch-support\/e-switch-battery\/\">here<\/a> how to replace the batteries.<\/li><li>If the main module is connected to an RV starter battery, then battery will spike when starting the engine.
