adjusted to your preference. You can still make adjustments in the settings for each linked E-Switch as well as in the general settings.<\/p>\n<h3>Per linked E-Switch<\/h3>\n<p>Go to the E-Switch and click on the specific module you want to change. Klik op Wijzig. What you can adjust:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<br \/><\/strong>Give each connected E-Switch its unique name.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong><br>&nbsp;Indicate where the sensor is placed for the correct picture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other E-Switch settings<\/h2>\n<p>When you have installed the E-Switches, you can still make adjustments in the settings. To do this, go to the E-Switches module in the app and click on settings at the bottom left. You can adjust settings that apply to all linked E-Switches in a number of tabs here.<\/p>\n<h3>General<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alarm<\/strong><br>Specify whether you want to receive an alarm when one of the sensors is opened.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time of last data reception<\/strong><br>In the main screen, you can see when the sensor information was last updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sensors<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sensors<br><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Here you can edit the specifications for each linked E-Switch. Click the arrow next to a module to view and edit the data: <\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;&nbsp;Name<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: g<\/span><\/span>ive each linked E-Switch its unique name.<br><b>&#8211; Location<\/b>: indicate where the sensor is placed for the correct picture.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Add another sensor<\/span><br>You can click on the &#8216;+&#8217; to add another E-Switch to your account<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reinstall<br \/><\/span>If you want to reinstall the sensors, you do not need to scan the QR code. There are 3 types of alerts that warn you if the component on which you have mounted the E-Switch is open:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;color: var( --e-global-color-text );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-weight: bold\">Sound and vibration<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;color: var( --e-global-color-text );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif\">: a sound is played and the phone vibrates. *)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Push notifications<\/span>: you will receive a notification even if you have closed the app.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pop-up<\/span>: A message appears on the screen, even if, for example, you have your navigation switched on.<\/li><\/ul><p>For each type of alert you can switch it on or off by means of the slider to the right of the alert type.<\/p><p>You can also enable or disable all notifications. This will turn off and on all sliders that are active. The app remembers your initial preference, so if you did not want to receive a certain type of notification before you turned off the all notifications slider, the notification will also not be turned back on when you turn on all notifications again.  <\/p><p>*) There are 3 options for notifications:<\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );font-style: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">When you use a Starter Package Basic, an audible alarm will only be given while driving. At standstill, only the colour of the specific module can tell whether something is open or closed.<\/span><\/li><li>If you use a Starter Package Plus and do <u>not <\/u> have a subscription, an audio alarm will only be given while driving. At standstill, only the colour of the specific module can tell whether something is open or closed.<\/li><li>If you have a Starter Package Plus <u>with <\/u> a subscription, you can secure your vehicle with the E-Switch. You will then also receive notifications when your vehicle is stationary and you are not there. Then it may be that the two parts are mounted too far apart or too close together. Check that the distance between the 2 parts is not more than 5mm when the part is closed or more than 5mm when it is open.<\/p><p>Also note how the parts are mounted in relation to each other.
