You have a Hymer Connect (SIU) system
If you have purchased a caravan or motorhome from one of the Hymer brands, it may be fitted with an E-Trailer unit (SIU). You can access this system via the Hymer Connect app. You can add sensors to this system. These are sensors supplied by E-Trailer to the Erwin Hymer Group in their own branded packaging and with their own QR codes.
It is not possible to link our E-Trailer sensors to the Hymer Connect system. Only Hymer branded products can be linked. More information can be found on the Hymer website: https://helpcenter.hymer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/21593620627229-HYMER-Smart-Connect-sensors.
