iOS devices are experiencing module calibration issues. The new update (with fix) will hit the App Store in week 38. Apologies for the inconvenience. 


Values do not update or are incorrect

Values in the app do not update

If the values in the app do not update, the following may be the case:

  • Is the Starter Package turned on? Check that, for example, the E-Volt is functioning. Learn more about the Starter Package Basic or Plus.
  • Is the phone connected with Bluetooth?
  • Is no one else connected to the system? One device can be connected to the system at a time.

Values in the app are not correct

  • Check the calibration values in the app (length and width of the leisure vehicle). Adjust them if necessary.

The E-Level spirit level depends on various factors:

  • The Starter Package (main module) must be mounted on a flat/stable surface that cannot move.
  • Large temperature fluctuations can cause the surface on which the main module is mounted to work/deform.
  • The leisure vehicle must stand on a stable surface. On grass, the vehicle may sink slowly, causing the values to change unnoticed.
