Values do not update or are incorrect

Values in the app do not update

If the values in the app do not update, the following may be the case:

  • Is the E-Connect switched on? Check, for example, that the E-Volt is functioning. More information about the E-Connect.
  • Is the phone connected with Bluetooth?
  • Is no one else connected to the system? One device can be connected to the E-Connect at a time.

Values in the app are not correct

  • Check the calibration values in the app (length and width of the leisure vehicle). Adjust them if necessary.

The E-Level spirit level depends on various factors:

  • The E-Connect must be mounted on a flat/stable surface which cannot move.
  • Large temperature fluctuations can cause the surface on which the E-Connect is mounted to deforme.
  • The leisure vehicle must stand on a stable surface. On grass, the vehicle may sink slowly, causing the values to change unnoticed.
