Securing your vehicle

If you have purchased a Starter Package Plus and you also have E-Switch and E-Movement sensors, you can also monitor your camping vehicle from a great distance. You can secure your vehicle with one touch of a button. How do you do this?

Activate

If you have the Starter Package Plus, the main screen of the app has a bar with Arm your vehicle (click to enable). Click this and specify for each sensor whether it should also give notifications when stationary. Please note that the E-Switch or E-Movement must not be active (i.e. no open window or door, or detect movement). It is best to activate the security when you have everything locked and are outside your vehicle.

• E-Switch
  Click the slider on the right to generally enable security. You can then specify for each E-Switch you have installed whether or not there should be a notification when the contact is broken. Your door, skylight and windows, for example, do, but the kitchen cupboard and fridge do not. The sliders are set to the last indicated position in security mode (i.e. independent of the settings on the E-Switch itself).
  Note: If an E-Movement module is also linked to the account, there will be an arrow on the right side of the E-Switch screen that allows you to turn on notifications per E-Movement.
• E-Movement
  Click the slider on the right to enable security in general. You can then specify for each E-Movement you have installed whether or not to be notified when it detects motion.  The sliders are at the last indicated position in protection mode (i.e. this is independent of the settings at the E-Movement itself). So pay close attention that the slider is green when the vehicle is armed!
