You bought a system via Trigano

If you have bought a caravan or motorhome from one of Trigano’s brands and have had our Plus system fitted as an option, you should do the following:

1. Download and install the E-Trailer app and create an account. Find out how to do this here.
2. Look for the Starter Package Plus. This is the basis of our system and is fitted in your vehicle by the manufacturer and connected to the battery (12V voltage source). Make sure the main module is on (12V). The LED next to the connector will blink
3. Make sure a good internet and Bluetooth connection is available to add the system
4. Log in to the app with the username and password
5. Click on the ‘+’ at the bottom right of the screen.
6. On top of the black box is a sticker with a QR code on it. Scan this QR-code
7. Follow the steps in the app
8. Once the Starter Package Plus has been added, the first thing to do is to check whether any updates have been released. More information can be found on the page about Updating. Some modules do not work or do not work properly if the module is not up-to-date
9. Then add the desired modules to the account. You can find out exactly how to do this for each product on this support site
