User account

To use the app and your system, you need to create a user account to log in. This way you make your system unique and no one can look into your system without you knowing it.

Create account

Once you have started the E-Trailer app, you will be taken to the start screen. 

  1. Click on Register
  2. Please fill in the requested information. For E-mail, enter a valid e-mail address that you actually use. For example, when you send feedback via the app, the Customer Service department will contact you via your registered e-mail address.
  3. Accept the privacy policy  and click on register.

Delete account

If you want to delete your account, please contact us. Please include your username and the e-mail address you use to log in, and we will then remove your details from our databases.

User account frequently asked questions

If you cannot log in, you probably do not have a (stable) internet connection. The app will not be able to connect to the server to load your data.

  1. If you have forgotten your password, please click on Forgot password in the log-in screen.
  2. Next, enter the email address you use to log in to the app and click on ‘Reset password’.
    If you do not remember which e-mail address you log in with, please contact us (see Forgot or change username below).
  3. A message will be displayed informing you that an e-mail has been sent.
  4. Go to your e-mail account and open the e-mail from E-Trailer. Please note that the mail is sent to the e-mail account you use to log in.
  5. Click the Change password button.
  6. You will be directed to a web page where you can enter and save your new password.

If you receive a message that your e-mail address is not known, please check it carefully and make sure that there is no space after the address.

If you have forgotten your username, please contact E-Trailer. Please include your name and send a picture of a QR code installed on your account so that we can look up your account details for you.

You can easily change your email address in the app settings. This is done as follows:

  1. Open the app and go to general settings
  2. Click on ‘Change email address’
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter the new email address twice and confirm

With the Starter Package Basic, only one device can be connected at a time. You can connect multiple devices to your system (but not all at the same time). You do not need to create an additional account for this. You can then easily log into the app on another device using your username and password.

With a Starter Package Plus combined with a subscription, more devices can be connected at the same time via the internet. Make sure you use the same account on all devices. Heeft u geen abonnement, dan kunt functioneert een Plus-pakket als een Basis-pakket en kan maar met 1 apparaat tegelijk verbonden worden.
