Unlink modules

Do you have a module in the app that has failed or is broken? Or have you sold your lesiure vehicle and want to remove your modules from your account?

At the moment it is not yet possible to remove modules from your account yourself. Our Customer Service will be pleased to help you:

  1. Go to the contact page
  2. Indicate which module you want to delete
  3. Please enclose a picture of the QR code of the module with your message
  4. Once the module has been removed, you should close the app completely (it should also no longer be active in the background) and restart it again (reset). Your module has then disappeared
  5. If you are replacing your module, add your replacement module only after this step.

Please make sure that you use the correct QR code. Discard the old one when your module is broken. If you have sold a module, give the QR code to the new owner of the system.

You have lost a module

It can happen, for example, that you leave your E-Gaslevel under the gas bottle when you return it, that you lose an E-Pressure because it was not screwed on properly or that you have lost a module. Please do the following:

  1. Please contact Customer Support and ask them to remove the module(s) in question from your account. Please enclose a photo of the QR code of the relevant modules.
  2. Once the module has been removed, you should close the app completely (it should also no longer be active in the background) and restart it again (reset). Your module has then disappeared
  3. If you are going to replace the removed module, only then add your replacement module.
  4. Please make sure that you use the correct QR code. Discard the old one to avoid mix-up.

Replace module

Has your module become defective and has your dealer or we replaced it with a new one?

Most modules can be exchanged. You then only need to reset the module in the app and start using the new one. You do not need to scan a QR code.
The Starter Package, the E-Load and the E-Waterlevel are exceptions. Read more about the Starter Package on the Replacing Starter Package Basic or Replacing Starter Package Plus page.
For the E-Load and E-Waterlevel, there are a number of important steps you should take:

Replaced by your dealer:

  1. Your dealer will remove your old module from your account and add the new one.
  2. Once you get your camping vehicle back, you should close the app completely (it should also no longer be active in the background) and restart it again (reset). Your module will then have disappeared. If the dealer has already replaced your module for you, it will be in there immediately. If not, you have to add it yourself.
  3. You may still need to add or calibrate the new module. Make sure you have a stable internet connection (WiFi or 4/5G) and that you are connected to your system via Bluetooth. Check the particular module for how to do this:
    E-Load
    E-Waterlevel
  4. Please make sure that you save the correct QR code. Discard the old one to avoid mix-up.

Replaced by E-Trailer:

  1. We will remove your old module from your account.
  2. As soon as you receive the new module, you should close the app completely (it should also no longer be active in the background) and restart it again (reset). Your module will then have disappeared.
  3. Restart your main module. This can be done by disconnecting it briefly from the power supply.
  4. If you are going to replace the removed module, only then add your replacement module. Make sure you have a stable internet connection (WiFi or 4/5G) and that you are connected to your system via Bluetooth. Then click on the ‘+’ and follow the steps in the app. Check the particular module for how to do this:
    E-Load
    E-Waterlevel
  5. Please make sure that you save the correct QR code. Discard the old one to avoid mix-up.
  6. If you have an old module lying around, remove the battery from it to ensure that it no longer transmits data via Bluetooth. Preferably hand in discarded small electrical appliances at a collection point.
