iOS devices are experiencing module calibration issues. The new update (with fix) will hit the App Store in week 38. Apologies for the inconvenience.

E-Gaslevel

Battery status E-Gaslevel

The battery status can be checked in the settings of an E-Gaslevel.

  1. In the app, go to the E-Gaslevel module.
  2. Click on the gas cylinder of the E-Gaslevel for which you want to check the battery status.
  3. At the top of the grey bar you will see a battery with a percentage next to it.

Replacing the battery

The E-Gaslevel contains one CR 2032 battery.

In general, the battery lasts about 3 years. If you have the module set to fast mode, the battery will also run down faster. Therefore, always take spare batteries with you. Find out how to change the mode here.

There is no need to reinstall the module after changing the battery. As soon as it is placed under the gas cylinder again, the app will recognise it again.

Follow the same steps if you want to reset the module. You do not change the battery, you just take it out of the holder.

  3. Carefully remove the battery from the case by lifting it up on the right side. Use a plastic tool if necessary (preferably not a screwdriver!)
