iOS devices are experiencing module calibration issues. The new update (with fix) will hit the App Store in week 38. Apologies for the inconvenience.

E-Gaslevel

Settings

In the app, various settings can be adjusted to your preference. When you have installed one or more E-Gaslevel(s), you can still make adjustments in the settings both per linked E-Gaslevel and in general.

Settings per linked E-Gas level

Go to the E-Gaslevel and go to the module you want to change.

  • Name: give each linked E-Gaslevel its unique name at the top of this screen.

Click on the gas cylinder to customise the following items:

  • Fast or slow mode: : here you can see whether your E-Gas level is in fast or slow mode. With the elongated E-Gaslevel, you can adjust this mode permanently. Press and hold the button on your E-Gaslevel for 5 seconds to change the mode.
With the round E-Gaslevel, the mode cannot be permanently adjusted.
  • Specifications gas cylinder: here you can see the brand and type of gas cylinder you have selected. Click on edit to adjust if necessary.

General E-Gaslevel settings

When you have installed the E-Gaslevel, you can still make adjustments in the settings. To do this, go to the E-Gaslevel module in the app and click on settings at the bottom left. You will see 3 tabs in this section of the app:

  • Limieten
Here you can enter the lower limit of the contents of the gas cylinder (in %). You can do this with the slider. If the gas level falls below this limit, you will receive a message.
  • Notifications
Here you can specify the type of notifications you wish to receive.
You can also specify here whether you want to receive notifications from this module while driving.
  • Sensors
    • Here you can adjust the specifications for each connected gas cylinder. Click on the arrow next to a cylinder to view and edit the data:
Name: you can give your gas cylinder a name in the top left
Battery life: here you can see whether your E-Gaslevel is in fast or slow mode. Press and hold the button on your E-Gaslevel for 5 seconds to change the mode.
Specifications gas cylinder: here you can see the brand and type of gas cylinder you have selected. Click on edit to adjust if necessary
    • Preferences: here you can select whether you want to see the information in kilograms (kg), litres (L) or pounds (lbs).
    • Reinstalling: when you want to reinstall the sensors, you do not need to scan the QR code. Here simply click on Unlink sensor(s) and remove data and you go through the calibration process again step by step.

Notifications

You can set the notifications for each module. There are 3 types of alerts that warn you if the minimum values you set for this particular module are exceeded:

  • Sound: a sound is played.
  • Vibrate: the phone will vibrate.
  • Notification: a notification will appear on the screen, even if, for example, you have your navigation switched on.

For each type of alert you can switch it on or off by means of the slider to the right of the alert type.

Notification is not correct

Do you get a message when you think everything is fine? Then it may be that the minimum values in the settings are not correct.  Check these in the E-Gaslevel settings and adjust if necessary.

If you have a gas cylinder with a float, the float may interfere with the signal and the value that appears in the app will not be correct.
